AIAXact  WALL-MOUNTED REPRO SYSTEMS

One way to lower cost while maintaining functionality is to mount the motorized column of a repro system on a wall.  This eliminates or reduces the costs associated with heavy base tables needed to provide vibration-free anchors for the column, and may also be appropriate in certain architectural situations. 

Wall-mounted systems use special hardware to anchor a column to an existing wall. However, the wall must be a non-vibrating wall (not against an elevator shaft, etc.). Since the hardware used for these mounts does thrust the column out from the wall several inches, walls do not necessarily need to be perfectly flat.  Wall-mounted units also have an advantage in that a shorter, less costly column can be mounted at a greater height on the wall, thus bringing costs down and increasing functionality.

Tables for wall-mounted units must have some leveling mechanisms, and AIA can supply both vacuum frames and table tops that have leveling legs.  AIA is happy to secure and build these tables/bases for your custom needs.
